Crockpot Chicken Parmesan & Garlic Bread

This was so easy to put together and tasted just as good as going through the trouble to make chicken parm the real way. My hubby is a pro chicken parm maker :) and he loved this! The whole family loved it!

1Tbs olive oil
Italian bread crumbs
Grated parmesan
Salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Jar of your fav spaghetti sauce
Pasta

Pour the olive oil into the crockpot. Mix the salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Coat the chicken in egg and then the bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in the crockpot in the oil. Top chicken with a little bit of shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4 hours. Eat with spaghetti noodles and Parmesan cheese on top.

Pull Apart Garlic Bread

1 can of refrigerated biscuits
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Half stick butter
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 and melt the butter in a bundt pan in the oven. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Mix a little bit of Italian seasoning, garlic powder and cheese in a bowl (I just eyeballed it, there is no science to this, just don't overdo the garlic). Roll the biscuit pieces in the mixture and then layer them in the melted butter in the pan. Bake for about 20 minutes until the biscuits are done.
Voila! Yum-o!

Oh and don't mind the paper plates :) it was paper plate night at our house!
